This hotel was a solid choice for my quick trip to Peoria with a fair price. The staff was really friendly and helpful when I needed my room sorted out. A tip, skip the breakfast—it’s not great.

great spot for weekend city walks and local attractions
I stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved the comfortable bed and the great staff, who made my stay feel welcoming, while being just a short walk from the Peoria Riverfront Museum, making my evening strolls memorable and scenic.

We had a nice stay with our family and two dogs! The hotel was super close to Peoria Zoo, which made the visit easy and fun for the kids. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed in the comfy room.
My kids wished for a better breakfast selection.

Comfortable Bed, But Needs Upgrades
I had a last-minute stay, and while the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was quite dated and in need of some serious renovations. The bed was comfortable, which was a plus, but the breakfast options could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, it’s a budget option, but be prepared for a no-frills experience.

I found a last-minute room here, and the bed was super comfy, which made me feel right at home. The lobby had a cozy vibe perfect for winding down, and relaxing with a movie on their big screen was a nice touch. The breakfast selection could be better, but overall, it's a good spot for a budget stay! 😊

Peoria's food scene is a total delight! I hit up Portillo's Hot Dogs and it was a game-changer—delicious and quick! Also, the nearby Mariachi serves up incredible flavors that truly brighten your stay. The staff, while facing a rough situation, were downright friendly and helpful.
Now, the Econo Lodge experience? Yikes! From the grimy rooms to the shocking lack of breakfast, I think I'd rather dine on roadkill than stay here again. They could've served gourmet meals, but it wouldn't make up for the state of the place.

For a quick transit stay, I was hoping for a more pleasant experience. The location was decent and close to some attractions, but the condition of the room was not great. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, the room had its issues like an unpleasant smell and cleanliness concerns. Thankfully, there were some great dining options nearby that made up for it.

The room was clean and functional, which was a big plus. The bed was super comfortable, so I had a good night's sleep. But it's definitely dated and a bit worn out. The breakfast situation was pretty terrible, and I noticed it allows smoking, but my non-smoking room was just fine, no smell at all.
